The demo form collects your name, email, farm name, profile, preferred platform, interests, demo date, and message. Share only information needed for your enquiry; do not include passwords or sensitive farm records.
How enquiries are handled
We use these details to arrange demos, answer questions, and prepare quotes. Submissions are delivered by email to Ibala Support, and a confirmation is sent to your email address. Email and hosting providers process information needed to deliver these services.
Browser preferences and external services
Your browser stores your language and theme preferences locally. Hosting logs and temporary IP-based limits help protect the website. YouTube embeds and external links may process information under their own privacy policies. Platform integrations depend on your deployment.
Retention and your requests
Contact Ibala Support to ask about access, correction, or deletion of enquiry information. We review requests alongside any applicable record-keeping needs. Retention of operational farm data is addressed in your deployment agreement.
